Delivery Time

  1. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We do not ship our products on Sunday.

  3. If your new client/first time ordering, then the production time of 6 days will be added with the delivery estimate time as for the production of our book.

  5. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  7. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

  3. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Items Damaged in Transport

Shipping Policy FAQ

  •            Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to support@alixamour.com, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus a shipping and handling fee. Please email us at support@alixamour.com if you’re in this situation.
  1.                If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information, please make sure of the following:  
  2.              1) The credit card numbers you entered is correct, including the security code  
  3.             2) The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout matches the name on your credit card billing statement (most common problem)  
  4.             3) You have sufficient funds in your account (if using a debit card). Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to check out again.
